HDA Distribution Conference 2020 Itinerary

Brittany Buckner

Large crowd of people gathered in a conference hall with various exhibitors.

Conferences offer something for every attendee. The HDA conference itinerary provides plenty of opportunities to network and grow businesses, on top of learning from industry experts. This year’s HDA Distribution Conference will be held in San Diego, March 2020.

Attendees are going to be extremely busy. There will be over 600 manufacturers, distributors, consultants, service providers and leaders in pharma distribution attending. So, education sessions will cover all aspects of the healthcare supply chain, in addition to other topics more indirectly related.

Planning For The Conference Sessions

The HDA Distribution Conference itinerary is packed, so you will be listening to many speakers. You’ll want to be prepared to take notes on key points. Wear comfortable shoes, especially if there is a lot of walking between sessions. Also, the room may have limited seating and standing will be necessary.

Bring along a lightweight bag or backpack to keep:

  • Pens
  • Notepads
  • Computer
  • External charger: Power bank or cube and cords
  • Powerstrip
  • Water bottle
  • Snacks
  • Business cards
  • Conference map

When you are given a business card, put a little note on it so you will remember where you met the person and if they’ll be a valuable connection. Another small action you can take is to make sure all your social profiles are current because you know the people you meet are going to be visiting them.
